1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an online booking, submitting an advance payment, or signing a shoot agreement with Global Production ("Studio," "we," "us"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms govern all services, including wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, personal portraits, corporate events, cinematic videography, and album printing.

2. Booking Slot & Advance Payments

• Slot Reservation: A photoshoot date and time slot is guaranteed and locked in our master schedule only upon receipt of the designated 1st Installment (Advance Payment).
• Advance Payment Structure: Depending on the package selected, the advance payment is specified as either a fixed amount (e.g. ₹1,000) or a percentage (e.g. 30% to 50%) of the total package value.
• Non-Refundable Advance: The advance payment covers pre-shoot preparation, crew allocation, and slot reservation. Advance payments are non-refundable unless Global Production cancels the booking due to unforeseen studio emergencies.
• Remaining Balance: The 2nd Installment (Remaining Balance) is payable on or before the shoot date prior to final media delivery.

4. Media Delivery & Editing Standards

• Delivery Timeline: Soft-copy color-graded photos are typically delivered within 7 to 15 business days following the shoot. Cinematic wedding video films and physical albums take 15 to 30 business days.
• Editing Style: All images are professionally color-graded in Global Production's signature artistic style.
• RAW Files: Raw, unedited camera files (CR2/NEF/ARW) remain internal studio assets and are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon in a custom premium package.

5. Copyright & License Rights

Client Rights: Upon full payment of the package price, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, personal-use license to print, share, and post delivered media on personal social media channels.

Studio Portfolio Rights: Global Production retains copyright ownership of all captured media and reserves the right to display selected images in our portfolio, website showcase, entry competitions, and studio promotional material. (Clients requiring private non-display terms may request a written non-disclosure agreement prior to booking).

6. Client Responsibilities & Venue Permits

• Clients are responsible for ensuring punctuality at the agreed shoot venue.
• Any venue entry fees, ticket charges, or location photography permits required by private resorts, historical monuments, or outdoor parks are the responsibility of the Client.
• Clients must ensure a safe and respectful working environment for our photography team.

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

While we maintain backup camera gear, memory cards, and lighting setups for every shoot, in the rare event of severe equipment breakdown, technical data failure, or force majeure events beyond human control (natural disasters, government restrictions):

Global Production's total liability shall be strictly limited to a full refund of payments received for the affected service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
